I reserved the room for 3 nights and was hassled by phone, by someone knocking on the door (DND sign visible) and unable to access my room because of de-activated keys 2 days in a row all because of lack of communication between staff. I made it very clear to 3 different individuals on 3 different days that my stay was for 3 nights, not just 1, but unfortunately, it was not clear enough. Housekeeping needs no improvements...top notch cleaning.
