Excellent Facility and Professional Staff

My wife and I chose this hotel over several other possible hotel options at St. Augustine Beach. This hotel was excellent from the time we were greeted to the time we checked out. The staff was courteous and friendly and understands how to serve the customer and make them feel special. The hotel was spotless, being continually cleaned by a caring staff. The pantry was well stocked and easily accessible and the breakfasts were personally cooked to order by the chef. The breakfast is an excellent value being right on site with sliced fruit, juices, fresh waffles and pastries all in a buffet style topped off with your eggs, french toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage, etc… cooked to order. I would highly recommend this hotel. As we all know a person never knows about a facility until you see it first hand. The few negative reviews that I saw caused me to wonder about this facility. When I saw it first hand I knew instantly it was excellent and well managed. I would give this hotel a 5 star rating and wish we could have stayed another week. The location was excellent as well being less than a block from the ocean which was our number one attraction for this trip.
