My son recently "tried" to stay this hotel. He reserved 3 rooms on his credit card but only 1 room had been reserved so they were given a discount. They were only there a short time before leaving for dinner. Upon their return, they attempted to go to be and found BUGS in the beds. A refund was given on one room but refused on the others due to the fact they had already been given a discount (because their reservation had been lost). The group was forced to leave and find another hotel at 1:00 am in the morning in Dallas. They were treated VERY rudely and I was treated just as bad by the manager. I was told that my son was a liar and his friends were liars and that I was a liar. I asked him what logical reason the kids could have had for seeking more expensive accomodations in the middle of the night for no reason. I got no response other than to hear once again that my son was a liar. I am appalled by the treatment we were given. So much for the quality assurance program, which by the way he said they did not have. These kids ALL deserved a refund. When they gave one couple a refund what were they suppose to do? They were in one vehicle! These kids had saved their money to take this trip and the treatment at this hotel greatly effected their trip.

There was gum on the ceiling and hair in the bathroom......it left our imagination wondering what else was left behind from prior guests. The only thing great about the hotel was the location. There are a ton of restaurants around to choose from which made it conveinent for us to get around. Other than that, next time I go on a girls weekend I think we will spend a little more money so we all feel more comfortable.

The staff is not friendly. Customer Service is very bad. There is no air conditioning throughout the hotel. The air conditioning in the rooms is mediocre. The showers were really dingy and dirty. The bathroom was so small that it feels like you are going in a closet. Next time I'll just pay a few more dollars for a comfortable stay. :(

The staff was miserable and poor-mannered. The room was small, and the bed was poor. It didn't feel clean at all and the towels were old and thin. Don't stay here. I would have left but I had prepaid for the flight and room together and didn't think they would even know how to credit my money back to me. I just had a feeling they would turn it into a big mess. Good thing I didn't have to spend much time in the room. Yuck.

It was a very small room,and the bedspread had holes in it.
