Don't stay here under any circumstances

This is the epitomy of the word ?dump.? We stuck it out for two days because you could walk to the beach, but the conditions became more and more evident with each hour. We were willing to live with no maintenace (cabinet knobs missing, shower curtain repaired with scotch tape, permanent stains on the towels). We thought it was at least clean, until we noticed the trash left in the hallways was not picked up for those two days and starting seeing bugs. When we complained, we were told that was not their problem, just the nature of the beach. We are from Florida, and bugs are maintainable. Needless to say, we left immediately and were not reimbursed anything for our outrage. Don?t under any circumstances stay here, and I predict it will be closed in a year at this rate anyway.
Wiggly Beds

I rate my motels on how comfortable the beds are. These were very wiggly with no support to them.
Our room door would not lock because the battery was dead in the lock mechanism. We reported it, and it was fixed in 30 minutes. There was no ice in the ice machine which was needed for an injury. The shower curtain had soap scum on it.
They are under renovation which we knew when we booked it, but the necessities and cleanliness were substandard.

my room smelled awful,my brother and i were to have adjoining rooms, i only had one bed for myself and 3 children. When i asked for a room with 2 beds they said it will be a while before we get another one cleaned and that never did happen. I found a razor blade in the hallway outside my room.AND THIS HOTEL IS NOT NEAR THE BEACH!!!!!!You have to cross a very busy street to get to the beach..I never got a reund or any type of discount after all of this. The pool was also very dirty!!!!!
It's a hotel near the beach for less than $100/night.

I think the title says it all. This is a value hotel. In other words it is cheap. On HHI nothing is cheap.
So this hotel is a value. You can walk out the driveway, walk across the street, down the path and you are on the beach. If you are ok with cheap and what you might get with cheap, this is your place. The ice machine may stop working, the pool may be closed a day during your stay or
you may not get room service every day. Yet you are at the beach for less than $ per night during peak season.
If you want a value at the beach, then this is your place. Otherwise, don't stay here. You will not be happy. Thanks.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I would not stay here again. Parking is bad, only 1 ice machine for 5 floors. We stayed on the 4th floor and the ice machine is on the 3rd floor. half of time it didn't even work. Room had a bad smell. the only good thing was the hot water and water pressure. Don't stay here, your better off sleeping on the beach
