The desk lady was really nice, got us our room without a problem, but when we got in it, it hadn't been cleaned yet. This was 11:30 PM.
So we asked for a new room. We were then asked if we really "wanted one bed, or would two be better?" We're gay. This CLEARLY made her incredibly uncomfortable, which shocked me, because working as a clerk in a hotel, I can guarantee anyone that we weren't the first gay couple she'd ever encountered.
The 2nd room was clean. We left the room at about 8 the next morning, were gone until about 10 that night, and our room hadn't been touched - the bed was still messed up, our towels were still waiting in their pile on the bathroom floor - they hadn't even been in the room.
***The housekeepers in this hotel are terrible.***
The continental breakfast, however, was really nice. Waffles, biscuits & gravy, along with the standard single cereal boxes, OJ, danishes, donuts, etc...
If you like clean rooms more than biscuits & gravy (which were surprisingly good, actually), don't come here.

The walls in our room had dirty marks & some cobwebs. A picture was missing on the wall, so they just left the 2 hooks sticking out. The carpeting in the breakfast are was dirty. Apparently this used to be a Hampton, so we could see why it wasn't anymore!

I found the hotel to not have the amenities offered on the website, no hot tub. Bathroom in my room was not clean, onduty staff took care of problem, management at checkout unconcerned and offered no apology for unsanitary conditions or incorrect listing of amenities. Will not use again.
