I booked a non-smoking king bed room. I was given a smoking room. Not only was this room filthy, the stains in the bed had me sleeping in my clothes. The manager wouldn't move me to another room. When I told him the room was unsat and I'll just leave he wouldn't reverse the charge for the first night even though the room wasn't clean. The sheets were filled with burn holes and questionable stains. The fact that the manager couldn't even clean the room was very unprofessional.
