My room was upstairs and it was hot in there. I turned up the AC to its highest , but it was still hot. Needs stronger AC or recharge it. The room/cleanliness was average. Staff was average. Bed was average.

Needs upgrading. No internet service, no hairdryer in room, shower did not work properly. Only front desk could speak english.

The air conditioning in this hotel does not work well at all. The cable TV is horrible, and the cleaning staff does not do a very good job--our room was never vacuumed in 5 days!
