Excellent stay!

We have always had an excellent experience with Hampton Inn, in St. Augustine, Florida, London, England and our most recent stay in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. The room was very clean, the air conditioner was not noisy and the bed was so comfortable. Our only complaints were the chilly temperature in the lobby and the fact that we could not get our baby daughter's stroller down to the beach as there was no ramp! My husband had to carry her stroller down to the beach on the steps. However, we noticed that this is true with many other hotels' approach to the beach from the pool area.
The breakfast was superb and delicious. There was hot, delicious coffee, orange juice, fresh, soft muffins and milk, cereal, etc. There was even grits, a Southern favorite!
Worst Stay Ever

Pool was filled with sand and floating debris, only one pool light working. Breakfast was disappointing. Rooms were not vacuumed or dusted. Some Front Desk Staff were good, but some very unfriendly and rude. This was our 4th stay and the worst.
