I doubt I'll ever stay there again. I checked in around 2 and they told me my room wouldn't be ready for another hour. So I went to lunch and came back 2 hours later. They told me my room still wasn't ready but they would try to have it available as soon as they could. I had upgraded but really needed my room to get ready for the event I had flown out for. So they put me in a cheaper room at the expensive price. I paid * per night and the lady behind me paid * per night for the same type of room. I basically paid double.

Very nice!

We had a very nice, very large room (standard room). The room and entire hotel was very clean. No microwave though--at this price range most other hotels we stay at do have at least a microwave and usually a fridge too--a fridge was available at an extra cost here. Our balcony overlooked the pool and was noisy til it closed at 10pm---but it did quiet down abruptly on time which was nice. The overall noise from other rooms is very low. We were never waken by hall or other room noises which makes for a very nice restful night---the very comfy beds help too!! The conference rooms were very spacious, but very cold. The staff did go room to room checking on temps through the day--trying to keep everyone comfortable. All the staff from the housekeepers, front desk, airport transport were all very nice and accomodating. My only other complaint is the lack of directions of how to get out of the parking deck---there were very few exit signs directing you out the of the deck--(but there are multiple signs directing you how to get in!) -the first day we drove around for several minutes trying to find the way out. We had a very nice, relaxing stay and would definatley return if we are in this area again!

some glitches, but good overall

When we arrived to the room, it was very clean and had a sophistocated, contemporary ambiance. The matress and pillows were extremely comfortable and the sheets were very good quality. The pool and fitness center were located close to our room which was convienient. When we used the iron on the steam setting, it began leaking more than normal to the point that we could not use the steam setting, but it still got the job done. We had dinner at the restaurant located in the hotel and the food and service were excellent. the menu offered a variety of foods and had a childrens section too. After dinner we moved into the lounge/bar area where they had a live jazz band playing which was very enjoyable, definitely the highlight of the weekend. Unfortunately, our room was located right above the banquet room where a wedding reception was happening. We called the front desk to see if we could be moved, but they said that there was nothing they could do and that it would be ending within the hour. Although we did not have to be up at any particular time, it was still annoying to not only hear the music from below, but feel it vibrating the bed as well. We had to pay for parking which we have never had to do before. After parking we did not feel like we should leave because they charge you $8 for each hour, or a flat rate of $16 for overnight. If we would have left to go out to dinner, we would have had to pay for parking for the first few hours we were there plus $16 for overnight. Overall, a good stay.

Excellent

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room was comfortable and beautiful. Only need, a small refrigerator. We were pleased to have a Starbucks as well in the Lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay at Hilton in the past and will book with Hilton Hotels in the future.

What a Nice Hilton!

I was expecting the generic American hotel chain experience, but this is really a very nice hotel. Freindly, helpful staff (I mean everybody, down to the shuttle drivers), nice rooms, great facilities for an airport hotel.
