Slowest Service Ever

The front desk was very slow. It was 11pm and several people were waiting because the check in process took so long. When it was my turn they didn't have my online travel website reservation because I booked it after 8pm for that night. Supposedly their computers aren't real time and they close reservations out at 8pm. It took almost an hour to get checked in.
The hotel was a good rate, but they give you absolutely no amenities. A hotel such as La Quinta would have been better. No shampoo, no blowdryer, no internet, nothing. And its an extra $3 if they clean your room/make your bed.
