Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean enough except for the shower curtain in our bathroom which probably needs to be changed. We only stayed one night and the hotel room met our requirements

great location and friendly staff. room was small, but clean. bathroom shower was really small. close to everything. tram a few steps away, as is mall with great grocery store (across the street) would stay here again.
