Not a great experience

This hotel is dirty. When we stayed, the air conditioner was broken in two of our four rooms, the tolet did not work. I had to fix the toilet myself and was told by the manager that most hotels require guest to fix plumbing issues. The walls had what looked like coke stains on them. The refrigerator did not work in all three rooms our group staed in. I would never stay here again. I did not even see a fitness center that was advertised.

Let me start with the room. We checked in and there was a cup of coffee in the microwave that was left and old food left in the fridge. There were stains all over the carpet and the a/c leaked water all over the floor. The toilet was dirty/stained and bathroom was overall grimy. We needed more towells because we used our three at the pool and we were told that we could not have anymore towells. I went to the 2nd and 3rd floor for ice and the ice machines didn't work. The pool was a greenish/yellow color(not by design) and literally had algea growing in the corners. I did not swim! We had adjoining rooms with the kids and there were crumbs between the sofas of both couches and the adjoining door was basically falling off the hinges. The safety lock on my door was almost falling off. The e front desk clerks were not helpful at all, with the exception of directions. And one of the days one of our rooms were not serviced. I sincerely hope that my suffering can save someone else.

Caution to all travelers, this hotel may look clean at first but if you turn your pillow over you may find hairs from previous resident. Staff apologized but did not seem surprised or very concerned.
