Desk Staff Poor

Tried to check into my room. Computers were down. Desk staff did not know what to do. Poorly trained and even worse customer service. Hotel was less than 1/2 full, and they didn't know what rooms were available and what rooms were not. Desk staff in charge was more worried about finding something she lost than helping us. Kept walking away from us. Stay Away!!!!!!!!! Left and went to another hotel.

"This hotel is pretty standard. The beds were your basic uncomfortable, cheap mattresses which were the worst part of the stay. That said, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is very welcoming. My daughters enjoyed the pool, though it is small for the amount of children that seemed to be there. Deluxe continental breakfast was two kinds of cereal, bagels and waffles. Also oranges. Fine for our overnight stay dropping our daughter off at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp. A shame they didn't use better bedding! "
