Pretty good - watch out for the ants!

For the most part this was an ok place to stay. There were however ants all over our room. VERY convenient to Coconut Grove BUT a $30 taxi to South Beach and airport so you might want to stay closer in or get a rental car.

stained and bleached out areas on room carpeting. chipped furniture.no alarm clock.housekeeping problems as to what rooms were ready.

Although the entire room did not pass the white glove test we had an excellent stay. The check-in went smooth. The bell boy was very respectful & attentive. Valet service was fast. We were able to dress up & walk to the heart of Coconut Grove to dine & shop. Rule of thumb to all of you habitual complainers; humble yourself & treat everyone with dignity & your actions will be returned with favor. Of course the service personel expect tips, that is how they pay their rent! Remember that most reviews come from crabby miserable people & nothing would please them any way.Have a blessed day!

When were given two rooms that were not cleaned. I didn't feel comfortable after experiencing two room that were not cleaned from previous uses. So we checked out early. I am requesting a refund for checking out early.

we checked in, our key didn't work (2 am) had to carry our own luggage. Our toilet didn't work, they wouldn't change our room, the pool was filthy and the size of a kiddy pool, EVERYONE who worked there was rude--we checked out after 7 hours.
