Poor quality hotel

The room had been serviced, but wasn't clean, when we asked to change rooms, we were denied. It was conveniently located near the freeway, but we wouldn't stay there again.

The towels were stained, sink clogged, could feel the springs in the mattress, carpet looked dirty. The noise was unbearable. Breakfast looked awful. This hotel is disgusting.

When we arrived I had to wait for almost 10 minutes for someone to attend to the front desk. When he finally came he did not look happy and was not friendly. My room was missing two light bulbs.
