poor quality based on price and small town location

The elevator smelled of urine, the rooms were sparce for a suite, looked like ordinary
double room. The closet was portable, had smoking and non-smoking rooms on same
floor, linens, bed and mattress were of poor quality. I give up on Holiday-Inn Express.
Do not have any intention of staying at this chain again unless only hotel in area. Hated it.
