I FELT LIKE I WAS AT HOME

I had to go to Ft. Lauderdale to take care of on ederly aunt who I am in charge of. I go back there twice a year and have stayed in a few different hotels. This by far has been the best. From the shuttle service, front desk, housekeeping, dining area. The staff took such good care of me at all times. They were wonderful, caring and had great humor amongst themselves. I will always stay there when I go back.
It was a home away from home.

We were traveling with our basketball team and made reservations for 2 nights. The first night we stayed in a room that the shower didn't drain, so we were forced to shower in 3" of dirty water. Due to past experiance we took our bags with us when we left in the morning. When we returned we learned that since we removed our bags from the room, they assumed we were checking out (even though we had reservations for 2 nights) and gave 1 of our rooms away, and that there was nothing they could do. And that we would have to break the team up and stay at another hotel. After a 20 minute argument that we should not have removed our bags, they did find us a room. When we got in our room it had a putrid chemical smell.
Will never stay here again!

Front desk was very helpful and check in was a breeze. We asked for more bedding and towels and they were delivered immediately. Additionally, our family was driven to a nearby restaurant in the hotel courtesty van. Great, hot breakfast in spacious dining area was a hit with everyone. Easy to find and all around great experience.

Picked this hotel for our group of 8 because of accessibility to Port Everglades, Airport and free shuttle. They even accomodated one of our group who drove by allowing them to leave car for a week and picking them up at dock when ship landed for a small fee. The shuttle took us to dinner and came back and picked us up when we called. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and likeable. Breakfast was wonderful. Definitely would recommend this for anyone.

Great hotel, clean, close to airport and port. Went on a cruise and it worked out perfectly. Would 100% stay again. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms.
