Nice place, nice hotel, very bad front office supervisor

This is really a very nice Hotel in a Beutifull place. Hilton Head is a nice quiet place where you can really relax and forget about everything.
The hotel is full of amenities, nice pool, very nice fitness center; good restaurants and plenty space for parking, dought they charge you for it.
It was a nice, spacious room very confortable. I really recommend the one that has one bedroom, is bigger and confortable for families.
Everything ok, except for the front desk supervisor. Very ungry and displicent young woman.
Best place on the island!!!

I got engaged on this trip and was happy it happened @ the Hilton. The staff was friendly (except for late night room service who isn't interested in bringing you champagne, even if you did just get engaged) and the room was beautiful! They have family pools and adult-only pools (which alot of resorts forget about even though they have couples vacationing without kids). They have great drinks at the poolside bar and the room service breakfast was worth the money. We really enjoyed our stay!

I only had enough Hilton Honors points for 1 night at the Hilton but it was definitely worth it! I wish I could have stayed there the other 2 nights instead of at the Crowne Plaza . The rooms are beautiful- and we had a standard one! They have a family pool and an adults-only pool, which was fantastic! The drinks at the pool bar are fantastic and room service food is impressive. The front desk & late night room service employees are rude, not appropriate for customer service.

Romantic, amazing place. While staying in lots of Hilton hotels across the world, this is a really terrific one. Loved room and pool.

The rooms are awesome, roomy with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, every staff member greeted us from the pool to the front desk. Several dining choices from the outdoor bar & grille to the fine dining seafood restaurant. The beach is clean and very close to your room. Perfect!
