Perfect Seminar Hotel

I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a seminar there. The hotel was perfect for that purpose. The room was clean and nicely furnished, with all of the amenities I could need. Actually, at the price I paid it was an excellent deal
.
I arrived late and tired, so I ordered room service, and was pleasantly surprised to find the food very, very good, and the service the same. During the seminar, we had a continental breakfast, snacks and lunch and again the food was very, very good and the service again the same.
My only complaint , as a woman alone and concerned with security, was that the hotel had several buildings and the entrances to these buildings were not key accessible only.
The location was perfect for a seminar -- near the airport and the freeway. All in all I found this hotel to be an excellent choice for my needs, and would be happy to return.

The reception staff was exceptional and very accomodating. We booked 2 days before New Years Eve to go to the Rose Bowl. We didn't have the option of a king size bed, so when we got to the hotel, we asked if we could switch to a king size room. With it being New Years Eve, we weren't able to switch the first night, but the last 2 nights were were. I found the King size room was more updated than the standard queen. Both beds were very comfortable. The hotel shuttle driver was very informative and the hotel is very close to the airport. There were many people at the hotel on New Years Eve and the bartenders and all other staff were very customer friendly. It is very apparent that this hotel thrives on exceptional customer service.

All I can say is the "BED" was so great you went to sleep as soon as you got in. It didn't matter that I vacationing alone in a city that I had never been to. The location was great and even though it was close to the airport the noise was not a destraction. I had my own balcony off my room to enjoy the night air. The staff was friendly, they could be more accomadating when you book online with travel wbsite. I ended up paying for a night without staying there.

This hotel had the best room, although the cheapest price, of any hotel we stayed in in CA. It was very convenient to the airport, with free shuttle service. Plus, you get free, delicious chocolate chip cookies at check-in.
