Went there to celebrate a nice night out for the wife and myself.
Was told I would get a King size bed but upon arrival was given a double queen?
After speaking with 3 different persons all i could get was a rather unapologetic "sorry".
No real desire to make better of the situation .Really felt like they could care less that I was spending my money and time there.Would definitely not recommend this hotel to someone that is expecting even average service.I could have gone to a Budget Suites and gotten better service and probably a better room.

The place was amazing for the price that they charge. They could have charged al ot more. It is quite beautiful and has all the extras you could ask for. The bed was amazing and I didn't want to get up.
Great Romantic Getaway!

We stayed at the Omni for a romantic getaway! I registered at the Omni website for their rewards program, it stored all of my preferences, which my room properly reflected. When I reserved my room I requested an upgrade at no cost if one was available, it was! Upon check in we were put into a suite on an upper floor of the hotel with a FABULOUS view. The suite was gorgeous! The staff was so cordial and helpful!
When it was time for turn down service we got cookies and milk!
We did try to go to Trevi's but it seemed expensive for not many menu choices so we passed. The front desk helped us with some other choices in the area.
We got a late check out (5:00 p.m.) because it was a Sunday! That was fantastic and completely unheard of in the industry!
The hotel was clean and wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend and would go again in a heartbeat! I wish I were there RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!! We loved it!
Romantic Getway

Stayed in room 1711, room was clean and the view was GREAT!!!...Pillows was a little to soft for me, and tub drain slow. Trevino resturant breakfast buffet was outstanding. The lounge served good quality drinks...thx X ..Would recommend to all when they are in town...
Excellent Place - quiet, perfect rooms, even a good kitchen.

I stay here every time I come to north Dallas - other places are closer, but Omni has never let me down. Restaurant is much better than most hotels'. Service is always excellent. The M-Bar even has a good selection of scotch.
