WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!

This hotel doesn't deserve to be called a "hotel". It's one single floor with rooms opening to the parking lot or the street. Lots of creepy people coming and going, so I think they must rent the rooms by the hour. It is in extreme disrepair, rooms stink (the odor was something like old stinky socks mixed with body odor and decaying flesh), and the pool that is advertised has not been maintained and is no longer useable. The so-called "roman tub" in the room is not even a full sized bath tub, which someone stuck some tile squares around. Beds have a very pronounced sway/curvature downward in the middle -- it looked like a herd of elephants slept in them. The whole place was dirty and disgusting. The one positive was that the front desk clerk did not charge me a cancellation fee when I told her I was disappointed in the room and could not stay. Note: The Heritage Inn in Rocklin (just about 5 miles away from this hotel) is a much nicer hotel and a much better choice. For less money, we stayed there and felt comfortable and safe.

would not stay there again

The room was not ready when they gave us our key they were still cleaning when we finally got into our room the phone didn't work the remote to the TV was gone the bed had springs poking up very uncomfortable I reserved and paid for a jacuzzi room didn't get it so they knocked $10.00 of my bill. We have stayed at other Heritage Inn's with no problems but I will never stay at this one again. The staff was very friendly fixed our phone and gave us another remote.

I have satyed at Hertiage many many times over the last 8 years. I like the establishment for it's convience, friendliness and service. As a woman traviling alone it feels very safe and secure.

Not for families, poor overall value

Front desk staff were indifferent about me not having any towels in room after check-in. Called them twice and had to get them myself. Bed felt like a set of springs over cardboard. Room was very clean but outdoors and the pool area were not. Hot tub was roped off with tape, pool was overfilled and over clorinated. Sidewalk on way to pool was littered the entire three days with vomit outside one of the rooms. Garbage was piled up in different areas and not removed during my stay. The best staff person was at night who took care of the noise in the adjoining room immediatley when I was woke up and had to call him at 2:30AM. Did not feel comfortable with grandkids visiting me there.
