What a great hotel!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed! I read other reviews that said the beds were very comfy and they were sooo right! The room was a good size - we had plenty of room to set up a pack-in-play for our youngest child. The free breakfast also includes a waffle maker. Everything was so nice and clean. This hotel is close to many roads, but I never heard any traffic noise. If we stay in Winston Salem again, we will definitely be staying here.

I really enjoyed my trip to Winston and the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and most importantly I felt safe. Awesome experience.

Want a Flushing Toilet??

We did...but that's not what we got. It took at least 3 flushes to get it to flush properly for a time. After leaving it for an hour or more...start your flushing again. We reported it to the front desk completely as told like this and asked to for it to be fixed for the evening when we returned. That was too much to ask. It was not fixed. Not only that, but then the iron broke. It was a beautiful place and nice...but I was glad to get to the other hotel on my trip and have a properly flushing toilet!! And as for compensation for this issue: NONE! even when the manager heard me tell about our situation
Good place to stay for Wake Forest University visit

We visited here for Parents weekend at Wake FOrest University. The location was easy enpugh with The village Tavern right next door to stop in. The room was quite large with a microwave, refrigerator a coffe, everything we needed for our stay. The staf was very helpful with every request we had especially helpfur with directions to and from campus activities and restaurants. Can easily recommend this hotel.
