not bad, a bit old, nothing special

This inn is typical motel style (with room directly facing the street). Although this is not my favorite, the town is quite safe, so it shouldn't trigger much concern. The inn is quite old and the checkin counter is in a very small room. They offer complimentary breakfast which includes egg, pastry and a variety of drinks. However, the cafeteria is in the same small room where you checkin. During high season, this room is so crowded that it is very difficult to get any food. Lots of hungry people cause some serious chaos in there. Overall, it is an average best western. However, there are some new hotels in the same area that are priced not much higher. I will probably try there first.

Nice Inn. 2 slight negaives 1)maybe a bit expensive for a 2 person. We were 4 staying in 1 room, so worked out not too expensive. 2) would like if they served butter instead of margarine for breakfast. Rest of inn was great, good pizza place recommended by staff, breakfast was very decent and possible to eat healthily! nice comfy rooms. i would recommend this.

We enjoyed our stay at the BW Crosswinds. The rooms were clean, the indoor pool was great as well as clean - towels were provided at the pool. The breakfast saved us money on a meal at a restaurant. It was convenient to Yellowstone Park and fishing areas. We would recommend this motel and would definately stay here again. The staff was efficient and courteous.

This hotel is a two-story building with 70 guest rooms.

Our large, comfortable room had two queen-sized beds, a small refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, desk and chair and a small round table with two chairs. There was an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The room was very clean.

A town park with a playground is next to the hotel. You can walk to the downtown, which has a lot of nice gift shops and restaurants. There are also chain restaurants available: McDonald’s, Subway, and KFC. A Visitor’s Center, Imax Theater and Grizzly Museum is downtown. The west entrance to Yellowstone Park is 5 minutes away.

Continental breakfast is served from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. There's a few tables to sit at, but it was very crowded when we were there, so we took it back to our room. They serve bagels, toast, mini blueberry muffins, donuts, apples, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple, orange and cranberry juice.

There is an indoor heated pool and spa at the hotel.

We stayed here for 4 days and enjoyed our visit!
