Front desk personnel were outstanding. The housekeeping was first rate as was the daily breakfast. The location is central to restaurants and shopping as well as I-40. This was 5 star experience. I would stay there again.
Way Beyond Expectations

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious our room was. The beds were awesome; pillow top mattresses and very comfortable. We also had a sofa bed. We liked the convenience of a refrigerator in the room for our drinks for the trip the next day. My granddaughter and daughter had fun making waffles at the complimentary breakfast.
The check in and check out went very smoothly and the hotel was very attractively decorated. It was one of the nicest places we have stayed on the road. Elevator in the lobby made access to our room easy.
We liked the hotel so much, we have booked a Comfort Suites in another city for a family wedding in October.

This hotel was conveniently located for our quick family trip to Winston-Salem. The hotel staff was extremely helpful during our stay and accommodating to our special needs of a very late check-out. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. There were only two minor critiques... 1) The toilets flush with a high velocity such that we could hear from the room next door... not loud enough to wake anyone, but worth a comment. 2) We had hoped for a hot breakfast (scrambled eggs or biscuits with gravy) as we've had in other Comfort Suites, but the hotel did have hard-boiled eggs and you-cook pancakes. Overall, these comments shouldn't steer anyone away from this hotel. We would definitely consider staying there again if our travels take us back to Winston-Salem.

We were bumped, but we couldn't have landed in a better place. The management (David and Melissa) was wonderful to us. The breakfast was good and they always had mints, cookies or fruit at front desk. The rooms and bathrooms were large and the beds were so comfortable. Great place!
