This is the only place to stay when visiting Manhattan. The train is literally steps (30) from the hotel. The first stop (3 minutes later) is the World Trade Center. Will definitely stay here again. There's no need to look anywhere else. Gorgeous Manhattan view without Manhattan prices.

The hotel is right in the middle of Exchange Place, so great for any meetings in the Harborside Financial Center. The view of New York is fantastic. The food was average but on the pricey side, and despite the advertisements of softer mattresses now at the Hyatt hotels, it still felt hard to me.

The hotel overall was good concierge was helpful but house keeping could have done better, turn down service was not done appropriately, blankets were thrown on the floor, overall it was an okay stay.

This hotel is fairly new and is beautiful throughout. Excellent food at the VU, the panorama of NYC is magnificent. Hotel is located right next to PATH station. Highly recommended.
