Where to start? I chose this hotel to wait out the Great Chicago blizzard because it was by O'Hare Airport and advertised having an airport shuttle. Upon checking in, I went to my non-smoking room and it smells like someone was already in there smoking 10 cigarettes at once. I go in and there are 4-5 ashtrays around the room. I check the door again, and yep there is a huge NO-SMOKING sign on the door and every door on the floor. I laugh it off, since I'm only really here for two days. Since its a blizzard, I go to turn on the heater and find that it's only really there for decoration, and soon after I get to enjoy the argument of the couple outside which woke the baby next to me because the walls are paper thin. All of that was forgivable since I was only here to wait out the blizzard. I call the Front Desk to make sure they have room for me on the shuttle and the woman says, "we don't do a shuttle to the airport." THE #1 THING THEY ADVERTISED! I tell it how its on EVERY advertisement on all the travel websites and even on their website and she says, "Oh, we should probably change that." OMG!! Since we were talking I decide to tell her that they have a lot of ashtrays in the nonsmoking rooms, to which she replies "Oh, you're on the 2nd floor. That's our Smoking Floor. We just haven't taken the signs down. Trust me - I'm a really easy customer who never complains. Its like they are TRYING to fail!
