ok but bad service at airport pick up

Hotel was average nothing special food was average.Bathroom not in the best condition.Room was cleanWaited at airport for 2 hrs for pick up.Someone else was also waiting at a different gate and the driver said he comes by every 30 minutes and stated "we must have not seen him " and acted really stand offish,I almost fealt threatened.This person also argued with the other passenger,He was a complete liar,no apologies just denials.We informed the hotel staff and they just laughed it off .I was not in the mood for that treatment after flying across the country.I would not reccomend staying here again there are plenty of other places in the area.THe only plus was a nice exercise room.
