Clean but visitors to area remember customer service lacks

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms could use some upgrading. People in the breakfast area were not around cleaining up tables and but at the end of the breakfast time it was removed in record time. I noticed at stores and the hotel that customer service lacks in general not just at the hotel. Still was a good hotel and would stay again. Manager was great!
Nice stay with pets.

The staff was very polite, rooms are clean and are good for people with allergies. Location is nice although it is on a one-way street. The only drawback is that the windows are to the floor and there is only one set of heavy curtains. This means that during the day time there is no way to shield from people walking by. I would suggest satying on the second floor. Very good place to stay with pets
No pool

There was apool as advertised however it was not cleaned for swimming thus was closed.

This hotel has come a long way from last year. The hotel has new mgnt, new staff, and they are renovating the property. It looks a lot better.
More staff to anwser the phone

This hotel is very good: convenient location, friendly staff, low rate( as compared to the hotels in NY city). The most important issue is-- no staff answer the phone a lot of times. Sometimes I called more than ten times within 1 hour before somedody answered the phone. I still recommend this hotel in that area,
