The room is great the comfort is great the pool is awesome, all employess where fantastic other then front desk, no personality answered questions with questions, they where not hospitable but would stay there again as it was clean and rooms are fantastic, restaurant convenient stores all around, grounds people are great, would recommend for families as everything is close....the comfort is fantastic. The maids where great pool guy great, again front desk needs some etiquette 101...
Comfortable Stay

I often stay at this hotel while on business in Southern California. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. It is centrally located to shopping centers, Ronald Reagan library and close to the freeway. The Elephant Bar is located in the same parking lot in case you don't want to travel very far for dinner or a cocktail. The fitness center is nice and I often use their business center for last minute faxes, copies etc...Each evening there is a cocktail hour and fresh cookies served in the lobby. I enjoy my stay.

Great value with large rooms, friendly staff, free breakfast AND cookies in the evening. It has a nice courtyard area and pool which my kids enjoyed very much. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices and it's in the same lot as a restaurant! My family will definitely be back. I you are in the area, check out Air Force One at the Reagan Library.

Staff is borderline hostile. Not helpful at all. Manager is never available. Trying to just get your room seviced is awful. One night it wat after 6pm, next night they just called to see if they could just bring by towels. There are plenty of other hotels in the Simi Valley area. Don't bother with this one unless you want to be ignored or insulted.
