The lobby is very nice. Staff needs to be a little friendlier. The room was out of date and the fixtures old, but clean for the most part. The advertisement said they had a sauna however that was not working. The pool was good size but it took two phone calls and a half an hour to get towels for the pool area. Since it was close to time for check out we used the chaning area/bathroom by the pool. The toilets looked like they hadn't been flushed in a week and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month.

Apparently we got the "Old Sectiion",,, shabby carpeting and cobwebs in the hall and the ice machine took forever to fill that little bucket they give you. We stayed 3 nites and our carpets were never swept, the bathroom floors were never wiped up,, the tub & sinks were never cleaned, there were tiny bugs crawling on the soap dish & bathroom counter. Our second nite,, after being gone ALL day, we came back to shower and change to go to dinner and our bed wasn't even made. We had new towels and soap, so obviously someone had been there,, but I had to stop at the front desk and request that our bed be made! There was a wad of black hair on the floor of the bathroom,, when we got there and it was still there when we left!! Disgusting! One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in!

Inconsistant water pressure and tempature. It was evident that this was a pet friendly hotel due urine odor in room. Rooms were not available until after published check in time. No treadmill in fitness center. Also I was referred to as an "Internet Customer" more than once, which left me feeling they were not inclined to give me same service as someone who booked a room by other means. Also no one inquired "how was my stay" when I check out.
