Short Handed

Our stay at this hotel was above average. The only problem was that they seemed to be quite short handed as far as help was concerned. The same person checked us in when we arrived and then took our order in the restaurant in the hotel a little later. When we got to our room we discovered that there were no bath towels and we called the front desk. After 1/2 hr of waiting, we went to the front desk to get them and they said that they were on the way to our room. We waited another 10 min before we actually received them, making it quite late for our 8 yr old granddaughter to have to wait for her shower! The room was very comfortable and quiet and there were no other problems. The food in the restaurant was good and service was fine.

The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful with advise ot places to go and things to see. The rooms were very clean and maid service was excellent. We would stay here again.

I was there on business, friendly personnel, clean grounds, free internet connection, comfortable beds. I will stay there again.

When we arrived at the hotel the staff at the front desk was very courteous and helpfull. We needed to get to an event and were unsure of the correct route to take. They provided us with directions that got us there in plenty of time. The room was larger than we had expected and was very nice. Very clean and well kept. We did not use the pool area but there were people enjoying it. In the morning the free breakfast had all sorts of items and plenty to go around. Checkout was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.
