Panama City Resort and Club

Best Things Nearby:
Very close to pier, right on beach, within walking distance to all the shops and dining.

Best Things About the Resort:
Right on the beach, great pool, sundeck, oceanfront units are great.

Resort Experience:
The units were very suitable. Our unit was oceanfront and had a great balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. We didn’t really do a lot of activities - we were there for my younger brother playing in the Little League World Series being held at the Frank Brown Park in Panama City Beach, which was conveniently located about 5 minutes behind the resort. We enjoyed being right on the beach and were in the pool a lot, though unfortunately the whirlpool was not working - I think it suffered some damage from Hurricane Dennis, which had hit a few weeks before. Though there was no residual damage, there is a LOT of construction, more than I am accustomed to. Right next door they are building a 32-story hotel, and on weekdays you can hear them working, but I don't think there is any resort you could stay at where you wouldn’t see that. But the resort was great. Because it was a smaller resort, the beach and pool weren’t as crowded, which was nice. I would definitely go back.
