Having never heard of this chain of hotels, I was a little concerned. However, it turned out to be a wonderful experience and a great hotel for my family.

Hotel room was dirty. Had to change rooms twice. Sink leaked and room smelled bad. Was told there was a new housekeeper.

This hotel has a country, southern design. We had a king room in a handicapped unit. The room smelled. Hair dryer didn't work and we had a burnt out light bulb. Needs a remodel and a double check to see if everything is working.
