Travel agent overcharged me for the room

I was informed by the manager that their regular room rates were $* . I was charged by Travel agent $* . I was under the impression that my rates would be cheaper not more expensive. I'll check the rates better next time. I feel that I shoud be reimburssed for the difference. Otherwise I probably won't use your services again.
