Front desk when we checked in were very friendly. Room service wasn't much...i think they vacuumed once the whole time we were there and we stayed a week. If u needed something, like extra towels or such, u had to go downstairs and get it yourself. The room was quite spacious and ours was the small one! Had a full fridge and microwave with a little sink in the kitchen area. Bath was pretty small but had good water pressure. It wasn't very soundproof there though; if someone closed their door, you really heard and felt it as though it were right next to you. There was a window unit AC that blew directly at the bed so it would be cool there but towards the living area, kitchen and bath...it wasn't as cool. I suspect they need to clean out their filters or something becuz i got REALLY sick from my stay there whenever I spent a lot of time in the room. There must be a lot of allergens floating around or something so allergy sufferers BEWARE. They had complimentary hot breakfast - texas shaped waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit, cereal, bagels, toast, potatoes, OJ, milk...I'd say the breakfast was the best part!! They only had one small elevator and it was really slow!! It was a pretty good hotel but I won't ever be staying there again becuz I think it looks clean to the naked eye...but as I'd rather stay somewhere with central AC becuz it did take awhile for the room to cool up and i think the window unit was probly filthy and filled with spores. Oh and the closet was really small too!! They had free wireless internet though which was a nice plus.
very pleasant
