Needs updating.....

Whereas there was nothing absolutely horrible, the place seemed dreary and dated. Mattress was not the most comfortable, linens were thin and worn (just two hand towels and two very small bath towels). Choice of outside entrances to the room from either a small, dark alley or the highway side. Breakfast was adequate, wireless internet was perfect.

A little hard to find. You get what you pay for...dingy, but clean (if that makes any kind of sense). A cheap place to crash and sleep. It needs a facelift.
We will never stay here again

We paid for our room in advance and they knew we would get there late, yet they sold our room to someone else anyway, and then tried to give us a smoking room. We arrived at 3 in the morning, and waited while they found us a room. We ended up sleeping in a room with a barely working air conditioner because that was the only nonsmoking room left. The shower curtain rod was loose and the shower curtain would not stay closed. Beds were uncomfortable. Carpet was disgusting and sticky. Overall, just a horrible experience.

we called and asked for extra pillows 2 times in the evening and still hadn't received them by 11pm when we finally fell asleep - that seems it should be a fairly routine request!

The hotel is fairly small and they do a good job taking care of the rooms. The wirless internet is very weak and almost useless, but they do offer a computer in the lobby that anyone can use. We have stayed here numerous times and never had a bad experience.
