One of the worse hotels I have been to

The hotel was not helpful! They were not friendly and had many hidden fees. They also were actually down right rude. We asked where a vending machine was and the one desk attendant did not know, and asked another attendant, and she made the original attendant, look it up on a map rather than give rapid customer service. They gave us wrong directions to a grocery store. We lost power the first and second nights. The only good thing at this hotel is a male bar tender that works at the bar and grill by the pool. He is very friendly, and knows how to help his cutstomers, and keep them coming back. THe room attendants do not smile at you or even look at you. This hotel has a great website, and one good bar tender.
Horrible place to stay!

We checked in very late so my husband & I carried our sleeping children to the room only to find someone inside. We went back to the office & were told that the computer showed that room to be vacant. We were put in an upgraded room which was nice, beware the pics online do not show the small rundown buildings hiding behind the large beachfront one. Even in the upgraded room the fridge did not work & when the cleaning lady came during the day she just pulled the covers up on the beds & did not change the sheets. I called the front office to ask if this was normal & she asked me what kind of service I requested. I had not requested anything I just assumed that the room was cleaned everyday like any other hotel Ihad ever stayed at.

My family stayed here with a wedding party. They supposedly gave us a special group rate, if only we had known that special meant higher! Wish we would have stayed down the street. The prices were 4-star, the hotel was 1-star. Halls smell like mildew, room was okay, but carpet was damp in places. NO WI-FI !!! Would not recommend. To top everything else off they overcharged my bank account, in fact wanted to hold twice the amount for the room till we checked out.
very nice would definitely stay there again.

We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. We had a room on the 6th floor overlooking the gulf. The view was spectacular. The people at the front desk were friendly and accomodating. The room was very nice with a balcony and was extremely clean
and well kept. I definitely would go there again if I was in the area. Great place to stay. We were in Florida for 8 days and this was by far the nicest place we stayed and the price was reasonable.

Front desk, good customer service
Room service, good
Coctail Lounge, customer service was not good. I was not acknowledged, I had to get their attention.
That is why I give the score of 95 instead of 100. I will stay at this hotel again in the Fall of 2009.
