Horrible Customer Service

The first night, the room had stopped up shower and bad internet access. The second was in a different room and was worse. When the toilet was flushed, feces came up in the bath tub. Front desk didn't want to help us and said we were trying to "start trouble". Just wanted another room. Got kicked out and went to Super 8 instead...5 Stars on the room and price there.

Stayed 2 nites in a large room with microvave and frig. Had pool to myself. Steam not working but jacuzzi and sauna were great. Convenient location and nice staff. Will definitely stay here again!

Was moving into the area and stayed at the hotel. Room had mold in in shower area and room was musty. Missing coffee.Smoke smell in room non smoking room,pool wasn't heated
