Older Semi-Remodeled But Nice

Hotel is older with popcorn ceilings and no exhaust fan in bathroom, but a good staff make up for that. The room also has a small kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, micro, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need to cook and serve in the room. Not the best place I ever stayed, but not the worst either. Good Location for dining or shopping. About a mile from Disney. Too far to walk, but ART bus picked up right outside the hotel. Free buffet breakfast every morning and Free lite dinner Monday thru Thursday which will save you tons of money, Nice Bed. Overall fair for the price of the stay. Note, get a room facing south. The rooms facing north get a lot of noise from Chapman from a fire station nearby.

The front desk was extreamly helpful from the moment we checked in. I had no idea what to do about transportation to the various places we wanted to go, they gave us several options called cabs etc for us when needed. We are a family of 6 and leaving in a hurry in the morning did not always pick up after ourselves and we always came back to a beautifully cleaned room. The kids swam every night in the pool which was usually a little cold but the staff must have noticed because the water would start to heat up after they had been in for a few minutes. The hot tub was very nice. The only complaint I heard was the sofa pull out bed mattress was a little uncomfortable. Breakfast and Dinner always had plenty of food and was very good.

We stayed with our family for 2 nights. We were impressed with the accommodations and happy with our room. There was complimentary cocktail hour & dinner the two nights we were there. It was good enough for us and saved us money. The breakfast in the morning has choices and is well stocked. We had more than enough to eat. There is a full fridge and small kitchen in the room, so if you really want to cook and prepare something you can. It was clean and quiet. Pool was not very warm, but it did not bother the kids. Fitness center has limited cardio machines with tv as well.
The fire alarm went off at 7:30am one morning and the hotel had to be evacuated. Staff did a great job of working with the guests and keeping people calm. (Fire alarm went off due to a problem in the kitchen for the morning breakfast). There was only dry goods and yogurt available for breakfast after that, but it was still good - staff were on hand to apologize and talk to guests.
Stinky room

When I check it was late around 2a.m.and their was a person waiting to let me in at the front,make sure you keep their number cause they keep the entrance locked,I was given a non-smoking room butts is exactlly what it smelled like people had smoked in the room alot cause the curtains ,bathroom,and whole place stunk,I told the front desk the next day and they sent someone to spray it and put a ozone machine ,but after awhile you could smell it again

Our family of four spent seven nights in this hotel. Very clean, comfortable. Staff very friendly, helpful. Breakfast offered everything you could possibly want. Evening reception turned out to be a full meal, which was abundant and delicious. Beds were very comfortable. Only thing needed would be more washers and dryers in laundry room which was always busy. We loved it there and hope to return sometime.
