Hotel was nice, but to pay for parking when you look out your room window and see other hotels that don't charge.next time I'll be in one of those hotels.

Nice Hotel - Poor Housekeeping

Everything at this hotel was great except the housekeeping. Front desk personnel & food servers very friendly & helpful. HOWEVER: Bathroom was dirty. Mold & mildew on tile. Hair from previous guests. Soap & shampoo not restocked when used. Drinking glasses not replaced. Dusty countertops & shelves. Carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed in quite awhile. Would stay here again if we knew the cleanliness of the rooms had improved.

Beautiful Hotel - but expensive parking

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Room service was fast. The room was clean and beautiful. We could watch the Disneyland fireworks from our room. The only cons were no fridge ($25 extra), and parking was expensive. But we splurged for valet and they were very fast and courteous. Also, there was a convention at the hotel with hundreds of college students that were noisy in the halls at night. But the staff were helpful when notified of the disruption.

Well worth the stay

Clean rooms. Staff was unbelieveable, quick and professional help in anyway they can. Called valet for my car, car was there waiting for us and before we left they would always ask if we needed directions. Anything we requested we received promptly with no questions asked. Would stay here again without a doubt

So I arrived thursday night proceeded to check into the hotel, when i got to the front desk they told me the room i booked 2 months in advance was sold out. They gave me a presidental suite for the night but i was to move out in the morning before 10 am. The trail to the convention was terrible. The following night when i came back to the hotel. They told me they don't have a King Bed room for me. And they decided to give me 2 queen bed rooms for the rest of the stay. Seriously for $$ a night they should at least have the decency have your room reserved for me when you got there after a long day in flight. Anycase overall the Rooms was super clean and tidy. The bed was ultra comfortable and there was plenty of pillows at your disposal. Next time if i am going to pay $$ for a night at a hotel, I would probably pay that extra cash for a closer stay at the convention center instead of paying $$ for a nice hotel with a 4-5 block walk to the hotel.
