Quick, easy check in, even though I did not have a credit card due to my husband having his wallet stolen. Check out easy. Room was fine, good and quiet, food good for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed just one night, arriving late and leaving early between flights at Newark so we basically just checked in and slept there. But, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The foyer, bar, and public areas were attractive and clean. The shuttles to and from the airport run every 20 minutes, and it was ~10 minutes travel time to the airport without traffic, so you just have to figure that in to your plans. The drivers were nice, and the shuttle was on time went we went to take it at 7am. Smallish bathroom, but nice. Comfy bed. If we have similar travel flight arrangements and have to sleep in Newark, we would stay here again even though it wasn't the least expensive option.

I stayed here during a super quick trip to NYC because it was much less expensive than Manhattan hotels. I didn't know it was going to take so long and be such a pain to get to and from the hotel. Since it was at the airport, there was no way other than Cab to get to Penn Station to get onto the PATH train. I ended up taking the hotel shuttle back to the airport and then taking a $2 bus to Penn Station and then $1.75 Path Train ride into Manhattan. In the future I will try to find something within subway lines.
The hotel itself is very nice and clean. I didn't hear the planes at all and I was on the 10th floor. They were also very helpful in helping me change my reservations to one bed instead of two like I had booked. My room was also upgraded for free, just because I asked. I would recommend to anyone flying into Newark in a heartbeat.
Great place to stay!

The hotel staff was warm and friendly, the room was nicely appointed, very comfy beds and pillows...extra soft towels! The fitness area and pool were lovely and very clean. A great experience!

Our family stayed here on a recent trip to NYC. The hotel is right across from the airport, but is extremly quiet! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and very comfortable. We had reserved 2 rooms with 2 double beds, and we were given 2 rooms with 1 king, however, we promptly received 2 roll-a-way beds and complementary breakfast buffet for the next morning. (which is excellent, by the way!)
The free shuttle takes you to and from the airport, where you can catch a train into NYC.
