We had never been to this area before and needed to book a trip quickly. The hotel was older, and most of the guests seemed to be day workers nearby. At night the other geusts were allowed to barbeque in the courtyard and were loud for most of the night. The room had a horrible smell to it, that we found was common to the area. The two employees that we saw, the front desk clerk and the handyman, we pleasant. Our bathroom light did not work when we arrived and then periodically throughout our stay, we had to fight the light switch in order for the light to come on.

I reserved 3 rooms through Travel website and we wanted to change one from 2 doubles to a King. No dice; when you reserve other than through the hotel, you can't make any changes. I reserved non-smoking and got a smoking room: same story. Also the Travelocity price was higher than we would have paid at the hotel AND if you need to cancel you get to pay $25 per reservation. I wouldn't reserve through online travel website again. The hotel itself was fine.
