Best Breakfast in Beaverton

The peppertree Inn is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. It was so lovely motel. It was so cold and busy there, weather was cold but in the room we were feeling very nice. morning breakfast was 6-9 and we saw it was very good breakfast and in the breakfast room we found lots people staying there and working nereby and they feel like home. The pool is lovely and spa too. Our kids are 11 and 13 and they enjoyed it. The pool attendants were wonderful, laying out 3 towels per sun lounger, with one rolled up as a head rest. We paid * per night for a room which we thought excellent value. There were 2 double beds so the four of us shared. Overall I would say this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in on holiday and I am extremely fussy! Perhaps not the most convenient if all you want to do is theme parks, but if you want to mix a little luxury with the odd trip to the parks then this is an absolute must

This is #1 rated???

Disappointed by the noisiness of unit (next to railroad/major hiway). Was very basic accomodation for $*, not at all what I expected for the #2 rating from travel agent. Room was fairly clean, bed firm, mildew in bathroom, some musty odor in room. The breakfast was good & as described on site. OK for overnight on way to destination, yet overpriced at $*, I think that $* would be more fair for quality. I don't know if I would feel safe there if unaccompanied by spouse and if had to stay in street side rooms.

"decent hotel, good value"

The room was spacious and clean; however being on the road side the road noise was quite audible. I was tired so slept through most of it, but someone else might have an issue. The breakfast room was clean and well stocked, with cereal, eggs, toast, do it yourself waffles, etc.

No Queen Beds

The Hotel listed rooms with Two queen beds. They don't have a single room in that hotel with two queen beds. Every room was with two double beds. Breakfast was okay, and the pool was warmer than I expected, but the freeway right next to it is noisy.

Internet doesn't work, air conditioning works, but is loud. Shower water changes from hot to cold constantly. Loud highway. Rude staff.
