Great stay for the cost

Stayed in a King suite. Room was very nice, good quality for cost. BAD- Hide a bed... uncomfortable and no sheets for it.

Staff Friendly! Didn't know Best Western even had a points program, they signed me up and got points starting on my 1st stay! Restaurant food good, happy hour in bar was busy, but could easily find a seat. Will stay there everytime I come through the quad cities, most places in the Quad Cities charge for breakfast, they don't at this hotel and the food is good!

I had never stayed with Best Western for a meeting before. I was so please with the entire staff! Everyone seemed to be there to help me! The food was excellent, which is sometimes unexpected with a non-chain restaurant. There is nothing I would change about this hotel except to move it to Omaha so that I could stay there all the time! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Went here for a get-a-way and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very clean and the pool area is great. I thought the service was very good and helpful. They have a great all you can eat fish fry and the Sunday brunch was out of this world! You do have to pass by the hotel and then go on a frontage road to get to it but it was pretty easy to find.
RUDE UPON CHECKING IN/ DID NOT DELIVER WHAT WAS PROMISED

Upon entering staff did not have my mtg. Room ready, said someone else had it. Would not show me another room till I gave my credit card and checked in. I was suppose to have double room on pool side, instead got a king/ coach for 2 women to stay in. Had adjoining room in back hallway for same price. Room did not lock, till we put chain on. When we went with our party from mtg. Food was not stocked, then the waitress began to clear our plates while we werestill eating. Bartender was rude in lounge. Appetisers were not stocked during happy hour. Too many things to list! I have stayed at other best westerns in cedar rapids/ des moines. They were wonderful. Will not stay here again, nor have any business in this hotel.
