We travel to Napa each year for a golf tournament and have stayed here for the last two years. We love it and recommend them to other tournament players. We will be back next year.

Best Western Inn at the Vines is located right on one of the main drags of Napa. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. COPIA and the Wine Train are about a 5 minute drive away.
Our room was comfortable and had a deck where you could enjoy a full glass of wine after tasting all day. The bed was comfy and there was a bathtub to soak in. The property itself is a little spread out with different levels and such, but who cares about the outside when you are spending most of your time away from the hotel?
Breakfast is included in the room rate and you just walk over to the Denny's that is located on property. You can get the breakfast that's included (eggs, toast, meat) or use your voucher for $2.50 off anything on the menu. I believe you can use the voucher at any time, although it was stamped with the date.
There is a very small pool on site that didn't look appealing and a small hot tub that looked just fine. The hot tub though is almost directly in front of the elevator so it's not that relaxing with cars and people coming and going. We just soaked in the bathtub instead.
For a place that won't break the bank that's nearby the town of Napa and not too far from the wineries, this is the place to be.

Worst stay in Napa

I was overcharged on my room by 50 dollars, supposedly because I used a debit card to pay. Was told the 50 dollars would be refunded within a week but it's been over a week now. The rooms were not that special, nothing more than I'd expect from a Travelodge! There were no "amenities" in the fridge or anywhere. Visitors would be better off just springing the extra cash for something high end or going extra cheap somewhere nearby. They keep your credit card # while you stay there just to find some extra excuse to charge it. BEWARE HIDDEN FEES!

I was impressed with just about everything. The staff was kind, professional and very knowledgable. The room was comfortable and clean and was equipped like a room that would cost twice as much, which would be easy to do in Napa.

We took a last-minute weekend get- away to Napa & our room was comfortable, clean, well-furnished & perfect for our stay. Easy to find & well-located near stores, dining & downtown. Free-breakfast coupons at the nice adjacent Denny's were great! Very courteous staff & helpfull w/ everything. A small problem w/ a sluggish drain in our tub/shower the 1st night was fixed next day while we were out; great response time! Overall, we would definitely consider this Hotel on a return trip to the area!
