Westin Hotel in Milbrae

I arrived around 8pm after a 12 hour flight from Munich. This place is an oasis for travelers.
Great staff, comfy beds and nice amenities. My only compliant is that my connecting flight left early the next am and I did not have a chance to enjoy the hotel a bit more!

1. Our room was given away even though pre paid.. hotel excuse was there were a large events @ the hotel and some attending didn't have reservations. So that became my problem. After over an hour wait they put us up in the Clarion next door..a dirty hotel and only a king bed to share with my mother! Yikes !
2. the restaurant: double yikes!! dinner service which was gifted the next day by the hotel.( when we actually were given a room or our own with 2 beds) was awful.
Only one server, seating was almost full.. took 57 minutes to get a bowl of cold soup.. dinner was returned. Our food was cold but looked as if it had sat under the heat lamp. My mother ate 3 shrimp from her kabobe because she is on medication and needed something in her stomach. She was ill that night.
3. the hotel needs a clean sweep of all services and re education on service, health requirements in food handeling and management.

The Westin San Francisco Airport was excellent! It was really clean and the staff was great. Paying so much for parking was not very cool, but all in all I would gladly stay here again on my next trip!
One Night in SF

"Traveling with wife & 2 kids (11 & 12). Came right from the airport after flying for 5 hours. They let us check-in a little early--NICE! Dbl queen room was a little small, but beds were excellent. Bathroon was OK, but also on the small side. Couldn't hear the planes even though we were right next to the airport. Would stay here again."
