The best feature of this campground are the beaches. They are made of fine white sand and have the cleanest water in the Mediterranean.
Resort Experience:
The campground is situated on the east coast of Sardinia, in the heart of the Ogliastra. It is about 5km from the airport and the port of Arbatax and 2km from the nearest town, Tortoli. The nearest main city is Nuoro, which is also the capital of the region. The camping site itself is situated in a small Eucalyptus forest, which provides shade and blocks out strong winds. There is a white-sand beach adjacent to the camping site.
Toilets and showers are located in the very center of the site, and they have hot water at all times of day. There are rows of sinks to wash up in, and the WC is kept very clean. For a small fee you can rent a power lead to hook up your own light or radio to play some tunes. Every night there is entertainment available for the whole family, and at about 11pm a disco kicks off. It is great for meeting people or enjoying yourself with your partner. Drinks are quite cheap, and there is also a restaurant that serves traditional food of the region.
