We were given a tour of all the rooms they had to offer which are the suites, the deluxe and the studio rooms. The suites can sleep up to six people and they have a full kitchen, living room and a bedroom off the living room. The deluxe rooms sleep four people and they have two queen beds and a kitchenette. The studio rooms sleep two people and they have a queen with a kitchenette also. Both my fiance and I were stunned at the decor of the rooms, all were different, because the rooms are indepentenly owned, and were decorated very tastefully. We ended up staying in one of the suites for our wedding night and it was the nicest rooms I have ever been in before.
During our whole wedding planning and our stay, the hotel staff was more then willing to help us out in any way and basically went out of their ways to make us feel happy and at home.
We did not have the chance to use the ammenities the hotel had to offer, but they have an outdoor heated pool and hottub, which are both sheltered from the elements by tall glass walls, so one can still enjoy the view. There is also a game room with an arcade and pool tables. On the ninth floor is the famous Fathoms Restaurant and Bar that has a variety of food and drink on the menu, not to mention it has the best view in town. We recommend the Sunday brunch, which is an all-you-can-eat buffet for one flat price, and they don't scimp on the food either!
Overall, the hotel was the best experience of my life. The wedding on the beach was beautiful, just what we had imagined. The reception was equally perfect, and the rooms and food were to die for! Both my husband and I are going to make it a point to come back every year to relive our memories of our wedding and to enjoy this wonderful diamond on the beach! This place is extremely recommended by us!
