All we wanted was to be out all the time and exploring the beautiful country!
The staff at the hotel, especially the owner, was very courteous and helpful.Resort Experience:We had a three-day Lucerne bus pass and used it to take the bus from the station to the base of the hill leading upto the hotel (about 3km). From here, we would call a taxi from a phone booth and travel the remaining 3km to the resort.
Licerne is a dainty little town with a beautiful lake surrounded by classy, European cafes, and Mount Pilatus in the background. We spent a day and a half in Lucerne.
