One night, a nice little bat decided to visit us and sing us some lullaby songs. Another day, there was a huge crayfish inside my toilet bag. And all the time, we had to escort crabs back out of our little place. But the feeling of sleeping almost on the beach, and falling asleep to the waves, was incredible.
The place was quite big, but the cabañas are nicely built inside the jungle, so you feel almost alone there. Except if you want to take a shower in the afternoon rush hour. The showers lay in the jungle and are just four simple walls without a roof, with a small bamboo door that you can see straight through. But it's nice to take a shower in the moonlight.
There is also a bar playing chilled-out music, and there is a cafe/restaurant serving food. But the food is quite expensive, so it's better to eat in town.
